FAQ

Questions parents often ask

Can't find what you're looking for? Get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Are lessons online or in person?

Lessons are currently held online via video call, so your child can learn from home. In-person lessons are coming soon. Let us know if you'd like to be notified.

Who are your tutors?

All Educad tutors are qualified teachers or tutors who specialise in the subjects they teach.

How much do lessons cost?

Prices depend on the level and subject, so contact us for current rates. Lessons are invoiced monthly in advance. We offer a discounted rate when you register two or more students, and £5 off per hour when you bring a friend.

How will I know my child is making progress?

You'll receive a monthly progress report covering what's been taught, test results and next steps. Your tutor also sets weekly goals so progress is easy to follow.

When are lessons available?

We offer lessons on weekdays and weekends, including after-school and evening slots, to fit around your family's routine.

What if we need to cancel a lesson?

Just give us at least 48 hours' notice and the lesson won't be charged. Lessons cancelled with less notice are charged in full. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the details.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No long-term contracts. Start with a free consultation, and continue for as long as your child benefits from the support.
